What is the difference between the word "sex" and the word "gender"? Think hard.

They are the same thing, in my opinion, except when you're having sex. In that sense it is a verb, or could be a verb!! You can't say "I am having gender." I hope that makes sense!

Another thing to think about- if I ask you "what is your sex?" and I also ask "what is your gender?" am i asking you the same thing?
I just thought that gender was a more pc way of asking a person their sex. After googling I found it is a bit more complicated.
Where do you come up with such questions? LOL
i love complicated questions
